I'm a creative individual, who enjoys a challenge. Organized. Thinks through the labyrinth of a project's possibilities before setting off on the journey. I enjoy all aspects of video production. Conceptualizing. Writing. Editing. I also enjoy collaborating with a great team during shoots.

 

OBJECTIVES: to create original work, have fun while doing so, and to do everything in my power to have clients satisfied with my work. 

 

Sean Kirkland, Owner/Director of Pursuit Productions, has been fascinated with filmmaking and visual storytelling since a young age, when he first got his hands on a VHS camcorder. Pursuit Productions was started in early 2012 with the focus of producing digital media content with passion and excellence. Located in the metro Atlanta area, Pursuit Productions has provided its creative services to a wide variety of clients, ranging from non-profit organizations, churches and schools to small businesses, corporations, and medical service providers. While most projects originate in the Southeast, Pursuit Productions has traveled as far as Uganda to capture stories and communicate visual messages through the medium of digital video. 

Sean Kirkland graduated from the University of Georgia's School of Journalism with a degree in Telecommunication Arts in 1997. Originally from Marietta, GA, Sean currently lives in Kennesaw, GA with his wife, Laura, an artist, and their 4 children, Zoë, Henry, Finn, and Lucy.  Lucy was adopted from China in August 2013.  Currently, the Kirklands are in the process of adopting Charlotte Mei from China.
